Monthly Membership Terms + Conditions

  • Your monthly subscription is specifically for the service you have purchased.  

  • The 15% off additional services can be used for any waxing service we offer and can be used at anytime.

  • There is no limit to the number of discounted services you can receive under one membership. 

  • Memberships are non-transferrable and may not be assigned to another individual.  

  • Memberships can be used at all WAXING STRIP locations. 

  • Missed monthly services cannot be transferred or rolled over to the following month.  

  • If you “no-showed” for your monthly service, the service will be deemed rendered and you are not entitled to a replacement service for that month.  

  • Memberships are set up month-to-month and auto-renew until you cancel.

Payment and Pricing    

  • The monthly membership fee will be charged to your credit card on the day you sign up and on the same day each month thereafter.

  • Your membership month is defined as the day you sign up and to the day before of the following month.   For instance, if you sign up on the 20th of January, your membership month will start on the 20th of each month and will end on the 19th day of the following month.  If you sign up on the 31st of the month, then your month will end on the 28th, 30th or 31st of the following month, as it applies to the days of the month. 

  • Applicable taxes are extra.

  • Gratuities are not included. Although not mandatory, our Waxologists always appreciate gratuities.

  • You authorize THE WAXING STRIP to charge your monthly membership fee to your credit card. The authorization will remain in effect until your membership is cancelled. 

  • If there is any change to your credit card information, you agree to notify THE WAXING STRIP of any such changes. 

  • In the event your membership fee is declined by your credit card on file, you must provide an alternate credit card to be charged.  You remain liable for all membership fees even if the charges are declined by your credit card company.

  • Refunds are not issued for unused services.

  • THE WAXING STRIP Memberships may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

 Membership Cancellation  ​​

  • If you decide to cancel your membership, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current month in which you have already paid for (partial refunds will not be issued).  

  • You are still eligible to redeem member benefits until the day before your membership expires.

  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted by phone. You must send your cancellation request via email to thewaxingstrip@gmail.com. 

 

Termination Policy 

  • The location owner reserves the right to terminate your membership, without refund, in the event of a failed payment or inappropriate conduct by you, which termination will be effective immediately.

  • We may terminate your membership at any time by notifying you. You will be responsible for paying the monthly fee in respect of the membership month during which we terminated your membership, but no future months.   

 

Other Terms 

THE WAXING STRIP reserves the right to change, restrict or cancel the Membership Program at any time with 30 days of written or electronic notice. 

We reserve the right to revoke anyone's membership at any time.

Yearly Membership Terms + Conditions

The annual fee for the Skin Glow Club Membership is $129 CAD, payable in full at the time of enrollment. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
This membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and will automatically expire unless renewed.
By enrolling in the Skin Glow Club, the Member receives the following exclusive benefits during the active membership term:
-15% 0ff unlimited facials and body treatments for 1 full year
-10% Off all products
-Exclusive Events & Offers
-Complimentary birthday surprise during your birthday month 

CONDITIONS & EXCLUSIONS

Your annual membership is strictly for services in the facial menu and body treatment menu.
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional discounts or coupons.
Member benefits are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred or shared.
The Waxing Strip reserves the right to adjust services, pricing, products, and offerings at any time.
Membership does not guarantee appointment availability.
The Waxing Strip reserves the right to revoke membership benefits at any time if the program is misused or abused. 

RENEWAL & CANCELLATION
Members will be notified prior to the expiration of their membership.
Renewal is not automatic; members must manually renew their membership each year.
Cancellations are not eligible for refunds. If you choose not to renew, your benefits will expire at the end of the 12-month period.

CONSENT & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By purchasing the Skin Glow Club Membership, the Member acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement
